Sarah Crutwell
F*ckable

About F*ckable
Depressed anxious feminist, Sarah Crutwell, speaks to with others living with disability, neurodiversity, and chronic health conditions, about sex, disability, consent, pleasure, autonomy and how to confidently communicate your requirements in the bedroom (or wherever else you fancy it!)

This episode contains giggles, intimate anecdotes, frank discussions, and lashings of sexual empowerment; as well as explicit and (potentially) triggering language which may not be desired or suitable for all.

Guests include: Theatre maker, playwright and activist Bex Bowsher, and broadcaster, journalist, actor, musician and an expert in the field of access and inclusion for disabled people, Mik Scarlet.

Created and hosted by writer, performer, Intersectional feminist, and orgasm equality enthusiast, Sarah Crutwell, we are excited to see where F*ckable goes next after this initial pilot episode.

Song credits: Mr Dropdead Gorgeous by The Karen Sheader Band.

About Sarah Crutwell
Sarah, an exceptional poet, spoken word artist and facilitator, is an integral part of the Teesside scene. Sarah is a depressed anxious feminist who is mostly found wearing pyjamas or wearing clothes which look suspiciously like pyjamas. A writer, spoken word poet and creative event organiser from the North East of England, Sarah’s work explores ‘the things we lower our voices to talk about’. With a background in theatre, her performance is engaging, honest and highly emotive. Her poetry takes on issues such as mental health, sex, gender, politics, ingrained sexism and a woman’s right to make her own decisions.
Sarah Crutwell is performing on stage and performing into a microphone. Her hands are animated. Her hair is an asymetrical style, longer at one side than the other. She is wearing a tee shirt which says 'Feminist AF'.
